Within Worlds
Going in
Internalizing everything is how we become better human beings. Inquiring why this, and why that. Questioning reality as you have always seen it. Pondering your childhood, your adulthood, your present. Your hardships, your suffering, your confusion, your self-pity are all doorways to understanding yourself and your life.
Self-awareness grows when we stop complaining and blaming the world, and instead we examine what is better for us moving forward. You take a look at yourself and see your flaws, your weaknesses, and every belief and opinion that is keeping you chained to a rigid state of mind.
The Source
Every issue and problem, from a moment of confusion in a person to arguments in a loving marriage, and even beyond it, is about understanding yourself, about self-awareness. It is never about someone else. Not in terms of the way you feel. Let others worry about themselves.
The source of anxiety, of confusion, of hate, of love, of happiness, is always you, is always your own mind, and is always about how self-aware you are. Because it all starts with the words you say in your mind. These words are created by you. If you do not understand this, then you might blame someone else.
But blaming someone else will keep you always as the victim. The victim can never be satisfied with the world, in love with oneself, or truly happy in life. Only winners can reach 100% fulfilment. This “winning” state requires your complete inwards attention, and it requires your uniqueness.
