Just Ask Blurb!

When business mogul Jordan Hill inherits half of Bendura Island Resort, a posh vacation destination in the Fiji Islands, the will demands he release his half uncle's ashes somewhere on the island and that he indulge in a real vacation before he sells. As Jordan is reeling with grief and under good circumstances doesn't do vacations, especially if they include horses and looming volcanoes, he finds himself on uneven footing. The footing turns treacherous as Jordan realizes, for the first time in his life, he's attracted to a man--his new business partner.

For resort entrepreneur Ryan McCale, Bendura Island is a dream come true as well as his livelihood. He was warned Jordan would try to sell sight unseen, and after meeting him, there's no doubt the business shark has dollar signs in his eyes. But there's also vulnerability and desire in that chocolate gaze. Suddenly, Ryan's looking forward to showing Jordan the delights of the island and hoping to convince his new partner Bendura could be his dream, too.

This book is an erotic romance. It contains explicit language, hot m/m lovin', light kink, two gorgeous guys, horses, and an impending insurance nightmare of a volcano. Enjoy!

Hillary Hey there! I stumbled upon this book while browsing the "free goodies" on my kindle and I just wanted to tell you that I really enjoyed it! Your characters were fantastic & I can't wait to check out your other stuff (especially Ripped since I've got a weakness for "boy boy joy")

Anyways, I just wanted to say a big THANKS for sharing your work & I hope you have a great day!

Mia Downing Thanks so much, Hillary! I'm glad you enjoyed. You just made my day even better.

Hillary Aww you are welcome! Thanks again for sharing your book! Ryan's whole "floating in the ocean" scene made MY day even better :-P

LOL! It was definitely a fun scene to write! I enjoyed the hammock, too! :) I think though my favorite was the run down the beach.

Hillary Yeah I've fallen out of hammocks before, so that one was just fabulous - the coordination involved was mind boggling (and totally hot!)!! The beach scene was awesome (okay, the whole book was awesome, but you know what I mean!) and since I was a kid I've loved horseback riding, so I'm secretly going to ask Santa for a Brownie for Christmas this year :-D

message 6: by Mia (new)

Mia Downing LOL, Brownie is the horse we have now (his name isn't Brownie, but he has the same mentality.) I hope Santa brings you a Brownie. I hope the stocking is HUGE and filled with carrots so he sits still. LOL

I'm a horse professional (or I was until July,) so those scenes were fun, too! The whole book was fun.

Hillary I wish I had time for a horse, but right now life is too busy! So I'm just gonna have to live vicariously through you and yours!! :-D

Mia Downing Enjoy, Suzanne! Merry Christmas!

J. Ellyne I would be willing to read it but I don't have a Kindle so I can't read a .mobi and I know that's all Amazon offers. It's a pity you don't also publish on Smashwords. It would enlarge your market and Amazon doesn't mind; they have a cooperative arrangement with Smashwords.

Mia Downing J. The book will be available at all venues in February. The publisher chose to do Amazon only for three months to take advantage of the perks of Amazon's KDP program.
