I just finished proofing my memoir Ice Cream Camelot and sent it back to my publisher. It should be an e book next week and a paperback soon after. Now I can get back to my first love, fiction and Fantastic Literature, the kind that makes you go, ”hummm…” To that end I have started a new short story. I was inspired at a club a couple of weeks ago. The band was jamming hard and someone called out, ”Crank up the weird!” I couldn’t get the phrase out of my head. Now I’m working on a Fantastic Literature about a guitarist who comes into possession of an old unusual amp that, when cranked up, makes weird things happen. Working title is Crank Up The Wyrd. I’ll keep you posted.
