Q: What inspired you to write Kingdom Come?

A: A cloud. No, seriously. My son and I were playing outside one afternoon, and I looked up and saw storm clouds rolling in. I told him, "We need to head inside. There's a storm coming." And with that line, a swarm of plot ideas poured into my head. The (very rough) outline of Kingdo...
