I'm grateful to all those who have taken part in discussions about the various topics that have arisen here. Unfortunately this site, like many others, has been targeted by advertisers of fake Rolex watches and so on, not to mention other less agreeable things, and cluttered the place up so much it's almost impossible to fight your way through.
