Welcome!

So, I've taken the plunge and started a blog! Don't worry, I won't be flooding you with observations about this or that; time (and agents and editors) are jealous masters!

One of my resolutions for 2014 is to spend more time actually READING books -- my favorite pastime -- and sharing some of my favorite reads with like-minded friends. As it turns out, Goodreads is the perfect place to do that.

As you will see, I won't post reviews of every book I read, but have decided to focus on my five-star favorites -- many of which I was lucky enough to read and endorse before they were actually out.

Here's to an exciting, book-lovin' 2014 for everyone!

Anne I am looking forward to seeing your favorite books listed and any book suggestions you might have. I love your writing and I am looking forward to The Lost Sisterhood being released in March, the day after my birthday! :)

Anne Fortier Thanks so much, Anne! I hope someone gives you the book as a belated present. Belated presents can be wonderful :) As for my book suggestions, I'll keep posting books as they occur to me; just because I haven't listed a book yet doesn't mean I haven't read it or don't like it -- it's simply a matter of time.

Rachel I did not realize you had another book coming out soon. This makes me very excited. I loved Juliet! Happy reading!

Anne Fortier Happy reading to you, too, Rachel, and thanks for your nice message. I've been trying to upload the new trailer to my profile here, but can't make it work. I'll have to get someone 25 or under to help me :-) Meanwhile, you can find the book trailer for The Lost Sisterhood on Youtube. Good luck & all best.
