Microsoft, without warning, have closed an e-mail account I have had for over 25 years. No explanation, no query, just closed and no appeal. I broke their terms of use, apparently. As I have used this account in the same way, my family and friends account, for all that time, I find it hard to believe that I can have somehow breached the terms and conditions agreement. Does anyone have any bright ideas about how I can appeal to get this account back?
