Well, finally, to accompany the Thanksgiving turkey featured in the last post and only a few months past the end/beginning-of-the-year holidays, here�s a few pictures of another three-D project.



Right after Christmas, on the shelves of the local CVS, you find the deep discounted remains of decorative holiday cheer. A little sad. Over the past few seasons, I�ve made a point to rescue at least one nutcracker from the pile of faded joy. Once on my worktable, the fuzzy beard and glossy paint comes off. ( Although the beard sometimes returns.) The arms are rearranged, a coat of white gesso goes on and in a few days a new nutcracker emerges.
