Some fun facts about the history of execution in Massachusetts

A quick review of deathpenalty.org information has highlighed some interesting tidbits about Massachusetts' execution history. Because they were more fond of executions in the early days, we get some quirky statistics. A total of 345 people have been executed since 1608: Seven percent of all people executed in MA were killed for the crime of witchcraft.
