Just started my new book 'El Dorado? No Heathrow Airport' Although I have not settled on the title yet but its an inside look at the workings of the Security screening process at a major hub terminal at London's Heathrow airport. The book is in three parts passengers, your behavior at the airport, good or bad. Security staff, and their behavior good & bad. Then management and their attitude to security versus profit margins. Some people will be offended by what they read I make no apologies for this rather hope you actually recognize yourselves. Maybe next time your at an airport you'll remember how your behavior and attitude can influence others behavior and attitude back.
