Glad you like it. I actually wrote those lyrics when I was 14 or 15 (a bit hazy on details like that) and it was one of those weird magic things because when I showed it to Dan Darst, guitar player, he took one look at the words & said, "Oh, I have music that will fit this." and it was just that simple. Bam!

Jason I have a new sound system to test at work tomorrow, looks like I have found the music to use.

Obviously meant to be then.
Really liked it- I'll be checking out your others. (I've been in a jazz mood lately, but you reignited the younger passion!)

Rupert Dreyfus Opening riff is ace. That era for punk/ hardcore was the best. Bands need to wake it back up! The Dead Kennedys are the main reason I write the stories I write! :-)

Being from Seattle did you play with and D.C. bands or any from San Fran back in the day?

Nah. Never got to play with any DC bands. I actually have only played a handful of gigs. Speaking of DC hardcore, though, do ya remember that band Rites of Spring? They kicked ass.

Rupert Dreyfus Yeah, Rites of Spring were great. A lot of the old Dischord stuff was great. One of my favs is the less known Lungfish. Dan Higgs is ace. I saw him a few years ago doing a solo show.

If you ever get a chance, go see him! And punch all the hipsters.
