Well, I don't do Amazon, I am strictly an independent bookstore owner patron - keep small business part of our economy - but I am glad that you decided to order it.

Good for you Almira, I live in New Zealand. Books are so expensive here. So until publishers realise they can't protect the industry in the age of global shopping I'll continue to buy from the US via Amazon. And I run a small business myself too. Independent booksellers have been decimated in New Zealand - they survive by specializing.
