I felt the same way. But I don't really want to know now - I've found comfort in the uncertainty and I think maybe that's what he was giving us. That being said if you ever hear otherwise I'd love to know!
I just don't get it! I loved the first chapter so much I went back and reread it before moving on. Then I enjoyed the middle but really, Veronica?
