I assumed she found out later, after her mother was gone that she was incapable of carrying a child. Some people suffer such trauma, and have scar tissue they don't even realize until later... it stops them from carrying a baby full-term. Sadly. But then sometimes miracles happen and God grants life, no matter what doctors say. My hope had always been in one of the books... Blythe actually found out her Doctor was wrong and Bam! A little Czar is born. My fantasy. LOL, I know, I am always looking for a rainbow, a HEA through a huge pile of horse manure.
