Well that explains it. While reading the book I also thought, ‘this could make a really good movie - or mini-series / TV show.’ I imagined (someone like) Jordan Peele or maybe David Lynch (?!) taking it on. Really enjoyed the book and am hearing great reviews for the show so... I’ll probably end up getting HBO (first time ever) just for this series.
Loved the novel, loving the series. So lucky to have so many talented Black people working on it. That almost makes it worth the wait, right Matt?
