A lot depends on how you listen to the Audible audiobooks. If you download to a computer and then side load to a dumb MP3 player, there are almost always no chapter divisions. If you listen on an app on a smart phone or tablet I find one experience and it is sometimes different if I use my Kindle Fire tablet. It is true that older audiobooks in general have fewer and less helpful divisions. Most newer ones have some sort of chapter divisions that are available for full use in some apps/listening devices. Some apps have bookmarking capabilities, and I have put bookmarks at important locations in some of my favorite audiobooks, that I know I will want to listen to multiple times. But I feel sure that LMB won't be able to change this. Comments to Audible and/or the companies that actually make the specific audio, Blackstone in this case is your best bet for changes.
