Try Booksprout. It is a platform where you submit free copies of your book to be claimed by volunteer ARC readers. The readers, who are unpaid, must write an honest review for you once your book is published, then they can follow you for future ARC reads. Reviews can be posted on Amazon, Goodreads, BookBub, Barnes and Noble, Kobo, Google Play Books. Smash Books, and iTunes Books. A free account allows you to give away up to 20 copies. A paid account gives you more copies to giveaway. Booksprout also works to help protect your books from pirates.
You might also try Netgalley.com and abovethetreeline.com. Both are sites that give ARCs to reviewers.
