You are one of the few reasonable commenters on here. No one notices that Connelly never brought politics into his series before, and this was one of my last respites from the warring sides around me. I don't care what Bosch or Haller believes, I even assume both are liberal deep down. It's the hatchet swipes - the whole "Trumper" was painted as a narrow minded little jerk who was there to happily pass judgment. I don't remember the wording now, I just remember that he was VERY clear in painting "Trumpers" as evil, vindictive, judgmental asses. This wasn't the first swipe. All the other commenters, I wonder how they're feeling now, 5 months into a Bidenesque-destruction of our country and national humiliation? I'm almost curious to see if Connelly will even bother to portray the stark devastation Biden has brought - or will he tiptoe around it and pretend it's just another year in America...but I'm not interested enough to read the next snore-fest he churns out so toodles.
"Stark devastation" lmao. We all know you'd be fine if Haller negged on Biden. This is about you being a snowflake. I would boot you off my jury, too. Too emotional.
BTW, in book 3 The Reversal, Haller takes a snipe at Bosch and says, "You're probably a Republican" in response to voting records, and in the latest book Bosch shoots back about guns, "You're not an NRA guy are you?" So let's not pretend there's not some political back and forth ongoing in the series. It's called character development.
Snowflake.? Lol You're such a joke. Give it another 1-3 months and see if your undying loyalty to the Destructocrats ages well. I guess you're ignoring all of the damage they've already done so you may need to wait for tax season to let some of it sink in, heh heh.
Excellent comments. Those on the left have no idea how overwhelmed and bombarded good conservatives are in every aspect of our lives. Sophomoric authors like Connelly — who used to be decent — have seemingly no control over their self righteous virtue signaling. But they fail to understand how ridiculous it makes them sound.
