I completely understand how you feel. as I'm reading WSHOST i can't handle how much I relate. I was raised in a very conservative baptist church, and your parents ideas about public school are exactly the same as to what most people from my church were. it was really hard for me to go to public school, because a lot of the kids at my church went to private school or were homeschooled, and always felt the need to tell me how it was bad to be secular.
