Love the song!!!
The Oso Landslide, we were told, was preceded by a large jet of water squeezed out of the cliff face for some hours before the cliff started to sag and slide. I was volunteering for the Red Cross, after, and wondered when they briefed this to us if the notion was an engineering original (however valid), or prompted by CVA.
