Thanks for taking the time to answer. I write a short synopsis of the next few scenes and then write them one at a time. Sounds like you do something similar (only better than I do). I love your descriptions—I’m lousy at that—and the emotional connections you are able to create between characters. I thought I hated romance (ahem, in novels) until I read Shards of Honor (and the other Vorkosigan novels) and bawled my way through the Sharing Knife series. Am currently on my way thru Sharing Knife the second time now, taking mental notes. Didn’t think I liked fantasy either, hah! Thanks for disabusing me of those notions. I think I need a Lakewalker to un-beguile me from Dag ;-)
