Amanda Is there an option to do a series that has episodes of each? A TV version and expansion on The Cursed Carnival? I teach history in a purposely very diverse high school in the inner city. Most of my students don't know about the RRP, but you should see their eyes light up when they find out. I have a lending library in my room that started with my personal already read books. Some African-American student ALWAYS has Tristan Strong and I have now ordered more copies. It is the only series I have found that is specifically African American rather than African. My follow up after anyone picks up "their" book is always The Cursed Carnival for them to get non-spoilery previews to find the series that will start opening them to the rest of the world. Also, let your publisher know to really push to specifically school librarians - none of the librarians at schools where my teacher friends teach know of the series and all ordered them when they found out about them.
