Home maintenance/renovation can be very consuming, so I am glad that is almost wrapping up for you. I will continue to wish devoutly not only for your continued good health and happiness, but for a butterfly of writerly inspiration to light in some place where it just can't be ignored. You are a very good writer.
Now you mention it, I seem to recall a time when I played quite a lot of Spider Solitaire. I don’t seem to have it on my computer these days. But I’ve just been rereading the first four Pen & Des stories for the umpteenth time. I hope you’ll feel the urge to write more in due course, but I can understand that you feel no need to push yourself.
I have been watching Asian media myself: a KCET digital channel here carries NHK-World nonstop. Right now I'm watching it whilst eating sakura wagashi. Delicious (oishii)! I get monthly boxes of tea snacks (& tea) from Sakuraco in Tokyo. I'm also rereading your Vorkosigan novels.
