Lauren is so right. Become Dory....but instead of "Keep swimming" think "Keep writing". :D
There's also NaNoWriMo and Camp NaNo (where a month is dedicated to reaching a writing goal, specifically April, July, and November: http://nanowrimo.org & http://campnanowrimo.org), which are great for getting motivation and support from other writers :)
