oh okay good plan! PS I love your book ( Mark of the Thief) It is awesome! Thank you for signing it last weekend! And I have a question. How you say something in a book without spoiling it?
The way to avoid spoiling a twist is to give clues that the reader will think means something else. So it's a sort of double-speak, where something could be interpreted two ways, and then you make it easy for the reader to believe the other way.
Thanks! I am writing a book and I had a little trouble not spoiling it. Also, Sorry another question: Out of these 3 what is your favorite: Mid evil fantasy, plain fantasy, or something a little fantasy but takes place in Rome? Thanks again.
I don't think I care so much about the time period, Paige. Each story will suggest the time that is best for its telling. In your story, choose whatever time period speaks best to you!
