Zoe came first. Dags (Grimoire Chronicles) was introduced in the first book, Wraith. Then he returned in Phantasm with the Grimoire fused to his soul and he's in Revenant.
So Chronologically... you could read all of the books and novellas in Zoe's universe first, all the way to Obsidian Silver, before Dance By Midnight. But there aren't any plans right now to mingle Zoe with the other two series.
