Kate Davenport But how much might he want to be involved in raising the children? Especially given that he cannot have children of his own body. I don’t have a good enough read on his personality to know.

Still, I have no doubt they will all create a unique and interesting family group.

Kate Davenport No. Just assuming.

Carro I would think he could be very good at being somewhere else.

Lois Bujold I don't think Bosha would be much for infants, but as the kids got older... I sense that he rather enjoyed teaching swordsmanship to the pages, back when we last saw him, at least enough for his student to be dismayed when his lesson was interrupted. (That much interest couldn't have happened in a vacuum.) I'm not sure he'd still be up for swordsmanship beyond beginner lessons when Adelis & Tanar's kids got old enough, but Bosha has loads of other skills...

I'm assuming A & T have kids, too, but I've not developed the thought. Cousins!

Ta, L.

Jonathan Palfrey “I'm not sure he'd still be up for swordsmanship beyond beginner lessons when Adelis & Tanar's kids got old enough, but Bosha has loads of other skills...”

The kids could learn to how to poison their less-liked relations and neighbours! What fun! I’m reminded of Ronald Searle’s cartoons of St Trinian’s.

Jonathan Palfrey They could start by practising on pigeons, inspired by Tom Lehrer.

Lois Bujold I was actually thinking in terms of writing, ciphers, and forgery, but yeah.

Jonathan Palfrey Sounds more interesting than school…

Jerri Cousins, what a thought. If that doesn't spring ideas for a new tale, I don't know what will.
