The Instrumentality of Mankind (1993) covers all or nearly all of Smith's SF stories, I believe, with the novel Norstrilia completing the whole "Instrumentality of Mankind" universe.
Penric and Ginko are an apt comparison to make
Most of what he wrote was short stories and some are in ebooks. He wrote 2 novels, I believe with Norstrillia the best known
