Following up... Apple Books, B& N Nook, and Amazon are all complete. Kobo is complete but their series/author search is a bit random -- for example, on the "Penric & Desdemona" list you get "Penric's Fox" twice but "The Orphans of Raspay" does not show up, though it's there if you search by title. Generally you may have to search by the specific title if you don't see it on a series list.
Google Play Books is still lagging a bit -- I don't see the last 3 VK titles up yet as ebooks. But they do have most of them.
And the Blackstone Audio editions are all well represented.
