Jason Howell Ahh, as a (sometime) churchgoing fella, I can relate to this a bit. I guess if your spiritual life informs you it will also inform the work, whether explicitly tackled or not. But I definitely agree with your take on the potential risks of dealing with it head on on the page. Thanks so much for sharing. Really good of you.

Tracey-anne McCartney If it's a part of you and feels important to include in the story, do so. I think many people are now open to spiritual subjects, especially as energy/vibration, and in science, ie quantum physics, entanglement, we're beginning to recognise that universal connections are in everything. By using writing to explore these areas further is a wonderful way to play beyond rational views, blending fiction with elements of truth.

M.G. Nelson Tracey-anne, excellent point. I'm very interested in quantum physics (total neophyte only took a couple of physics courses in college as pre-reqs) but I find it fascinating to think about them as energy/vibrations/spiritual and do some mind stretching exercises blending them with spiritual beliefs. I don't like thinking of my God being in a box :)
