I liked The Kane audio books, and Sadie does have an accent.
^Debatable. From what we know, it appears he spent more time in the US than in Italy even before he was put in the Lotus Hotel, and his memories were wiped in the Lethe just before that, so Nico probably has an American accent. Frank might have a Canadian (/Vancouver/British Columbia) accent, although I don't have the slightest clue what that would sound like.
