Jason Brinkerhoff I think if you look for people who have reviewed books on goodreads from a similar genre/subject, you will find a very willing audience. Many goodreads users put a lot of stock in their fellow reviewers, and will eagerly seek out a book based on a well written user review.

@Michael how do you feel about NetGalley? The per book fee is slightly less than Kirkus, but you will potentially get more reviews and from readers who aren't being paid directly. Also many of those reviewers also post those reviews to goodreads.

Kevin I agree with Jason, you can often get review copies to those trusted genre reviewers and if they have websites do some book giveaways as well.
