I noticed the same thing....and what is really interesting to me is that I often just glance at scenic descriptive paragraphs and skip to "the meat" of the story, but in your books, I find the settings deliciously described.
Thank you, Kate! Your descriptions of creating a sense of place and what reading was for you as a child are exactly how I feel. I enjoy a book the most when the time & place are almost a character in its own right! Can’t wait to read the next book! Again, thank you for the joy you bring your readers!!
