Just a note, I have found a lot of "out of print" books at my little local used book store.

It's not been easy getting my hands on all of them.
As Dorsey, has suggested I have been looking...high and low. I'm not giving up on excellent writing. I'm just not very practiced in the art of patience and anticipation! ;-)
