Thanks so much for answering; that's really interesting! I did think of Raithe as a lead character at first, and was surprised by how his story went, but I found it really unexpected and satisfying. I really liked Roan. Her approach to the inventions felt similar to Persephone's approach to leadership (having natural talent but also learning from and working with those around her.) And I found the way her trauma was explored really touching. And that's very exciting about the cycle! Can't wait to reunite with old characters and meet new ones!
