Since it is a matter of an illegal edition, perhaps there is a way to mass e-mail the purchasers of said edition to encourage returning it and then purchasing a legitimate edition? A thought worth pondering, thus the reason I shared it here. I'm glad you are aware of the situation and are taking steps to handle it.
New writers or future writers - protect your copyrighted and/or trademarked materials! If you don't... you could lose your rights. It is a very serious matter, and one to stay on top of
