Among favorite parts of the novels is your description of Maisie's outfits. Thank you.
Love the descriptions. If nothing else, it gives you insight into the way women think in those days and how their clothing restricts them (or doesn't.... )
On an audio version the clothing descriptions are wonderful "in chunks". And I had never thought of them in that way- just loved listening to the descriptions.
I find the clothing descriptions lend much more to the story/ies...
I love those descriptions of clothing, etc. It paints a picture for me and I can really see it in my mind. I think it is what makes your books so great.
