Even though all of the information is pretty awesome, this answer is made astronomically awesome by the French press comment. I gigglesnorted and my dog glare at me.
I heard of Kerr and am going to look her books up.too many female fantasy writers are underrated. Want to check out your work also.funny note,there is a real exercise called French press, also known as triceps extension.but I got the coffee reference. ;) .
