It isn't the book or story itself. I believe that Amazon uses an algorthym to look over all electronic submissions and if certain "key" words crop up too many times, that's when the book is rejected. So far, three rejections by other authors have born that out. It is a really dumb way to determine what should be published, IMO of course.
