I’ve often wondered the same thing. I feel so bad for anyone involved in shootings. There is another author friend of mine who wrote a series about a school shooting. You might like her series. They are by Steena Holmes, called Stillwater Bay series. It’s a very good series too. Told from both survivors, parents of children and spouses of victims and from the mother of the killer. It’s a heartfelt series. I hate that anyone can get automatic or semiautomatic weapons. I am not into people having access to guns at all and feel strongly this country needs much much stronger gun laws. Maybe someday it will happen. Thank you for getting back to me. I can’t wait to read this book. I keep checking my email. LOL I believe I’ll get a copy. I’ve only been turned down twice for books and that hurt.
