It seems to still be at the reduced price, 5 days later. Even though I've read Curse too many times to remember, I've only read Paladin once. I'm looking forward to reading again, especially now that I know more about demons, post-Penric.
On my first reading, it almost seemed like a letdown after Curse of Chalion. It left me lukewarm so I never reread it. Basically, all I remembered about it was that it was about Ista, and one of the de Gura brothers got a demon. But now after getting it for Kindle, and after reading all the Penric demon books, I'm rereading it. OMG. It's like a brand new book! What joy... a new World of Five Gods book! It's wonderful and I can't believe all the things I'd completely forgotten. :-)
