Hi Julissa, I don't know if this will help or not. I tried to buy it from ARe and couldn't because they didn't have the rights for my area so I ended up buying it directly from Carina Press.

@Karen I tried that too but it keeps telling me there's an error and cannot finish my purchase.
I also can't buy it from ARe, for the same reason, and usually I have no trouble buying Carina Press Books from there.
@ Julissa, that's just weird. Carina Press is the publisher so I can't imagine the issue being about distribution rights like it was with ARe but I'm sure Josh will get back to you with an answer soon.
I had problems with All Romance with international restrictions and had my order cancelled because of it, however, I had no problems getting a epub copy from Carina Press.
Carina doesn't have a PayPal option :(
Is the problem just through ARE? I've spoken to the folks at Carina and the book should be available everywhere. So is there a glitch anywhere besides All Romance Ebooks?

@Josh I don't know why I can't purchase it through Carina Press either. Whenever I complete the order I get this message: "We’re sorry, but we are unable to complete your transaction at this time."
@ Delores, if you haven't done it already you should be able to get it directly from Carina Press. I'm also in Canada and they don't have distribution rights for us so I believe the options are Amazon and directly from Carina. I think if you directly from Carina the format will be EPUB.
