My work schedule for summer will be getting set in a couple weeks--do you know about when that midsummer signing will be? I'd love to road trip up to Uncle Hugo's from down here in St Louis!
As a Twin Cities local, just seconding that Uncle Hugo's is worth a visit at any time! It's such a sci-fi/fantasy nerd's paradise - highly recommend stopping in. I just stocked up on signed (and some hardcover editions!) Vorkosigan Saga books there a few months ago!
I went to grad school in Minneapolis, and every day I had to walk home right past Dreamhaven. Such wonderful books came to my hands then, although I unaccountably missed the Vorkosigan series until much later. Uncle Hugo's/Uncle Edgar's was more of an expedition, requiring getting into the car, but I loved that place too. Can't be beat if you are anywhere near the Twin Cities.
@ Julia -- no, I don't have a date for Hugo's yet. Release date for "Flowers" is July 31st, so likely some time in August.
