Kristan Than you Amy, for taking the time to answer my question. Two follow up questions, if I may? During your time in a coma, did you acquire any superpowers? Specifically the ability to dance down roads at high speed, accompanied by neon lights and whooshing noise? Secondly, as someone looking for my own muse, I've seriously contemplated roller skating at high velocity into painted brick walls. Do you feel that this would be an effective way to connect to my muse?

Kristan Do you still listen to the Electric Light Orchestra?

Amy Spector I would not say I acquired any superpowers but, when I awoke from my coma, I did possess a grace on roller skates that I had not possess previously. In the years to follow a pair of pink-tasseled glitter-skates became a part of my everyday wardrobe. And to this day, I forgo those horseless contraptions for my own polyurethane wheels.

As for searching for your own muse? My coma and Kira taught me one thing. The muse is already within YOU! You just need to find the key to releasing it. For me it was the mind altering spectacle of Xanadu. For another, it may well be a high velocity impact with a brick wall. Only you have the power to find out, but have faith that your muse awaits,

Amy Spector Whenever I feel under a great deal of pressure, I unearth my vinyl and spend days upon days with the Electric Light Orchestra. Songs such as Telephone Line have been known to bring me to tears.

On a separate note, both my first and second husbands looked a great deal like Jeff Lynne.

Kristan Well, it must be said that you have excellent taste in husbands. I don't know how you let a quality man like that go. I've heard a rumor that Jeff Lynne never takes off his sunglasses, even while showering or sleeping.

Thank you for the advice on my muse. I'm arranging my impact with the painted brick wall tonight. I thought it wise to have a few witnesses, if it does indeed turn out to be an ordinary wall, and not a portal to another dimension.

Kristan You really must watch it. I'm not sure how you've come so far in life without seeing it.
