Richard Derus I'm entertained by your put-downs...less so by the questions.

laurel [the suspected bibliophile] They are very entertaining. Your answers, I mean.

Tim I was attached to a Lit Crit department at the U of Paris for a while, and they were very keen on Freud, so I thought it might be amusing to see if anyone has Freuded you. They have. But perhaps more interesting is this little poem entitled 'Bujold' by Annie Freud http://poems.poetrysociety.org.uk/poe...

Carro I'm probably missing the point - is there any relation to Lois MB in the poem or her writing?

Heather-Lin I found your response amusing and engaging actually. I always appreciate when someone can be both salty and classy. You so concise as well! 5⭐

Softness I agree with the other comments. I like to read your responses. <3

Jerri I would say it depends on how much responding interferes with your life and any writing projects you have on hand. If having to respond to stuff like this (and the even worse spams) upset you, take too much time or in any other way disturbs you or could possibly interfere with your writing (if and when you feel like writing more stories), then don't bother to reply. I enjoy your replies, but value your peace of mind more.

Lois Bujold @ Jerri --

How to handle peculiar or incoherent questions is indeed a puzzle. The poster could be struggling with English as a second language, or have clumsy fingers and a tiny cellphone. Or, this being fandom, be emotionally or intellectually fragile. These need care. For the latter, even care, if expressed succinctly, can apparently be misunderstood.

Or they may just be a troll, which needs quite the opposite sort of treatment.

Mistaking the second for the first is not a problem; the other way around could be, so better to err on the side of caution.

Ta, L.
