❅ While in the Praeditos world, most simply call her by her first name. In the human world, though? She prefers to go by her middle name Aislinn. Just a quirk, one could guess. Yet another instance where she tries to keep her Praeditos self from her human self.
{G e n d e r} Female
{S e x u a l i t y} Heterosexual, though she honestly thinks those who aren't straight are so much more fun to be around. Because, come on, we all know they are. It's like an unspoken fact.

{D i s t i n c t i v e . M a r k i n g s} Despite how much this may come as a surprise to the entire population a few people, Aislinn actually has a piercing. A human thing most Praeditos don't bother themselves with. But yeah, she did it anyways. A belly-button ring now occupies her tummy and has for about two months now. To say the man who had done it had been surprised she hadn't shed a single tear would be a major understatement. He must have asked her if she was okay at least fifteen times- It was incredibly sweet of him. A belly button piercing was really the only one she could get that was a bit more low key and wouldn't be as blaringly obvious. As a matter of fact, most don't even know about it.
{G e n e r a l . S t y l e} Typically, her style is generally the same in both the Praeditos world and the human one. Though it blends in while amist the humans, her fellow Praeditos tend to give her haughty looks when her back is turned due to what she wears. After all, it's looked down upon to appear as though you want to be like the humans. But Aislinn doesn't really mind. People will think what they want and that's really okay. There are subtle differences,of course: In the human world, it's doesn't feel like you're dressing for the approval of others. Thus, it feels more natural to be wondering around in jeans and a T-Shirt. Whereas the world in which she was born? It's safe to say Levis would definitely earn some odd looks. So instead, it's more common to see her in dresses while in the Praeditos world. Still, they're human brand names and that much is pretty obvious.





{H i s t o r y}

There's this tiny, minute part of Aislinn that most don't get to see. Which is a good thing, though- She prefers to be known as the bubble sweetheart with no skeletons in her closet. The one who views life with bright sparkling eyes. But this part of her? It's made up of this little lost girl who hasn't quite figured out where she belongs. Well. That's actually a lie- She knows where she belongs. No where. Not in the Praeditos world, the one filled with fashion savvy creatures so beautiful, it almost hurts to look at. But, as much as she likes to full herself, she doesn't belong in the human world either. No amount of nerd glasses, dorky outfits, different colored Converse, or nights spend singing in a tiny, human cafe will change that. She's not human and simply wishing to be won't magically transform her DNA. Rationally, Aislinn knows that.

But a girl can try, right?
{F a m i l y}
Cody Varick- A man she's never met and really doesn't know anything about. He's her biological father and a figure her mother has preferred to keep completely out of the picture. It was hard enough getting his name out of her mom and it's been nearly impossible to drag anything else out of her.
Maria Kerti Rain- At only thirty-six, Maria was just barely legal when she had Aislinn. She is your typical Praeditos, one without much interest -or care, really- in the human world. She much prefers their chic sleek universe compared to the other, less advanced one. Maria has always kept both her daughters at a distance; Aislinn respects her, but has a hard time really connecting with her mother.
Draven Rain- Aislinn's stepfather is a sweet man, one she's never had a single fight with, unlike her younger sister. Than again, the girl herself doesn't fight much, but that's besides the point. At forty, her does as much as he possibly can to provide for his family. Like Maria, he doesn't particularly hold any curiosity when it comes to the humans.
Skylar Serena Rain- Her sixteen stepsister is your typical rebellious child. She fights constantly with both Aislinn's stepfather -Sky's dad- and Aislinn's mother -her stepmother. The hate Skylar feels for Aislinn though far outweighs any disdain she holds for her parents. The eighteen year old has tried numerous times to make amends with her, and still occasionally does, but to this point, it hasn't really done much good.

★ Compassion. Aislinn is perhaps one of the most sympathetic people anyone would ever want to come across. She deals with other people's misfortune like it's her own, her concern for those she cares about easy to read on her face, in her eyes.
★ Understanding. Her ability to understand what other people are going through and be able to respond accordingly is ultimately one of her most prominent strengths. It makes it easy for her to read people, to be able to pinpoint the reasoning behind actions that could otherwise be perceived as hurtful or crazy. In other words, she'd be the perfect therapist.

♫ Singing. Oh goodness, that is quite the understatement. Performing on stage with her guitar in her lap is her everything. It's come to the point where that it literally the one and only time she truly feels at home. It's her escape from the human and Praeditos labels, when she can just be herself. Arceli Aislinn Rain. Whoever that just so happens to be. She's been told a few times she sounds a bit like Madilyn Bailey, to which she proceeded to respond by positively dying.

{O t h e r} While there's a part of her that would like to share her music on a bit larger of a scale, Aislinn is fine with her small gigs at random cafe shops. Strumming away on her guitar as she sings into a mic to a tiny audience? Somehow, it's more personable. She's able to meet each and every pair of eyes and give everyone a smile at least once and. And yeah. It just feels a little more comforting for her. (hide spoiler)]

Okay, so here's the deal-
Anyone can make a thread in which they plan to use for some sort of housing for their characters, whether it's an actual home, an apartment, condo, whatever.
But there is one condition:
It needs to be used. If someone creates a housing topic for their character and doesn't post a single thing aside from the description after about. . . Let's say a week, than I will delete it. No matter who you are.

Also:
Make sure to mention whether this is in the Praeditos world or the human's. This can be included in the description, or before or after the pictures. However you wanna do it, just make sure it's somewhere there. Or else I'll have to ask you to edit it and it will just be waaay more complicated than it actually needs to be.

I posted the first one, so you guys can go cray-cray C;

This coffee house is particularly known for selling one of the best types of coffee in the town. Perhaps one of the most visited hole-in-a-wall type shops. It's quaint, quite and good for studying and simply spending some down time at one of the polished tables. One corner of the room is filled with chairs for the customers, while the opposite side is typically known for small gigs and performances from local singers or budding musicians.
