I suppose you should go ahead and say... if she gave the list to you I imagine she’s fine with you role playing the prince. If you don’t mind waiting a few minutes for Nykelyn and Lily, that would be great

“I’ll meet you there, I need to get my things for the speech!” Nykelyn exclaimed, making an excuse not stay back with Lily.

“I hope not,” Nykelyn said, doing her best to mock sincerity. “Look at the time!” She exclaimed, noticing the giant clock hanging on the wall connecting the greenhouse to the castle. It was time for the first cut!

Nykelyn felt that sense of long forgotten guilt coming back, but quickly shrugged it off. “Mother is going to be so angry when I get sent home.” She cried. This was true, very true. Nykelyn felt venerable opening up to Crystal, but she knew what had to be done.

((So sorry! I have been incredibly busy))

“I really appreciate you asking Matteo to let me stay in, but I know he won’t listen. It doesn’t matter anyways, what I did to you was wrong, I deserve to be cut!” Nykelyn wailed. Everything was going according to plan.

((Probably in around 3 hours... sorry!))

“I— I’m so sorry! My mother told me to be rude to the other girls so I could get ahead, but that’s not who I am!” She said, falseness dragging her makeup down her cheeks through tears. “I never meant to be so mean!”

“Crystal! Wait!” Nykelyn shouted, chasing after her with forced out tears. She caught up to her and fell down to her knees, “I am so sorry!”

“I do...” Nykelyn said, mirroring Lily’s mischievous grin. She was really warming up to this girl. “Follow me, but don’t let Crystal see you.” Nykelyn said, dashing in the direction Crystal had gone.
