This book sounds creepy!I like your quote because the worst does happen when you least expect it like the Holocaust. Good book review.

This book sound interesting Miriam. I would be scared to work for the order of darkness. Good book review !

"You can always trust a dog that likes peanut butter." What do you usually do when you find a dog with out a owner? Because of Winn- Dixie is an awesome novel about a friendship of a dog and it's owner. This book has gotten the Notable Children's Book. Kate DiCamillo has also written the books The Tale of Desperanx and Tiger Rising. I recommend these books to ages 9-13.

“The town was paper, but the memories were not." Paper Towns is such a great book about a High School boy and his teenage dream. Other books by John Green are The fault in Our Stars, and Looking for Alaska. He also won the Edgar Award for Best Young Adult. I recommend this book for grades 8th and up.

Alondra I started reading the book and so far I loved it! Please let me borrow your book I would like to finish it !!! It's just so good !!

Omg that is awesome ! I saw the movie and it was just great, I loved it! I don't know what I would've done, to chose to live or be with my family again !

"My hope is that learning about past evils will help us to avoid them in the future". I have Lived A Thousand Years is an awesome brave true story of a holocaust survivor. This book was also winner of Best Book For Young Adults. Other books by Livia Bitton-Jackson are My Bridges of Hope and Hello, America, all sequels to her first book. Overall I would recommend this book to boys and girls 11 and older.

I tried reading this book but for some reason i didn't get into it that fast. I'm glad you liked it and maybe will try it again. I can't believe it was funny! XD

For some reason I'm so excited and happy that you really liked this book! I think this one is next on my list, can you please let me read it? Thanks! OMG I'm zoo happy you finally liked something in my interest!! lol

'"What's your name?" I gave him my name. "Stopthief." (pg. 1)" He was an orphan boy who's dream was to become like "the jackboots". How sad is this wanting to be a person that kills your own kind? My opinion about this book is that is great and its interesting to get the perspective of a boy hated jews because he thought that it was the right thing that everyone did but he later on discovers how the Nazis are also against him and his opinion changes majorly. The author Jerry Spinelli has won many awards for many of his books like the Newbery Medal, and the Newbery Honor Award. He has wrote many books like Stargirl, Loser, Wringer, and MY Yo-yo String. I recommend this book to young readers, ages 12 and up and similar books like this is a Holocaust book.

If I were to be stuck in this situation I wouldn't have known what to do. It would be a sad and scary problem not knowing how to survive in the middle of the ocean and especially stuck with one only boy, why not ten!?

Miriam that's awesome! Have you seem the movie? OMG, if you haven't you should its the best, although i don't think you'll love it as much as the book. i would like to try again and read the book to have more details of her feelings to the death of her love and to know of everything else the movie left out.

“She tells one kid not to eat licorice or he’ll turn black like me”. “Medina’s poetry is immediately accessible to young readers” –Black Issues Book Review. How would life be to your grandparents and still living when racism was everywhere? This is book is so awesome talking about the experience of Langston Hughes’ life as a black person and how he lives through the hatred of racism. I recommend this book to all genders and ages 10 and up.

" I won't do it. I have enought problems the wat it is. Some of the guys call me sissy sometimes! The only good thing I can do is play stickball! It's the only thing I'm good at. The only thing! I got one friend on the block, that's all. And he'll quit on me!" Imagine escaping the holocaust, how would you start your new life in a different country? Alan and Naomi is a story about two friends that end up making a strong friendship trying to forget the horrible things that were left from the holocaust. I recommend this book to ages 11 and up and to both genders. Other books by the same author are Adam and Lisa, a story about a boy Adam who tells this girl Lisa that he is a alien. Alan and Naomi won the Crystal Heart award in 1992. "A poignant double portrait of a boy and girl whose lives are changed by a terrible events of the Holocaust. Honest, compassionate writing." -The New York Times

What would you do if an actually history event happen in today's time? The Wave is a story about an actually true thing that happened in a high school. When a history teacher tried an experiment it all went wrong. I recommend this book to ages 12 and up and to both girls, and boys. The novel by Todd Strasser won 1981 Massachusetts book award for children's young adult literature. Another novel written by Todd Strasser is Boot Camp, about a boy who is a subject of physical and psychological abuse when his parents send him off to boot camp.“All I can say is, I would never let such a small minority of people rule the majority”(Eric, Page 13).

I can totally relate to this book because I have some what many problems with my own family, it would be Intreating to see how she deals with her problems.

Well if I had a crush on a vampire I would not stop trying until I got to him. I would want to try to read the books now because I watched all the movies. I think if I read the books many of my questions about the movie would be answered.

I just read the last part about being similar to a holocaust book and I'm already into this book! In my opinion I strongly agree with you, and world destruction is a serious matter and is very important that we have to keep in mind.

Miriam I loved this book just my reading your review! It's made me relate our situation of our droughts to how this world was drying out. This seemed very inspirational!

Thanks guys
