Guys and Gals, things changed a bit since I logged last time but the group seems to be in great shape!

Same here, I thought it would temporary, but life is still a mess... I second the idea of adding more people to the team.
Chompa, and what do you think? Brittany and Deborah?

The territorial limitations is, to say the least, weird. You check a box wit US or Canada and you get the book, wherever you are.

And since I am here, got the preview for Devil Night's Dawning on amazon and so far you have my attention. Hope to get a copy soon and see where it goes

Taste is weird stuff... I just can't take enough of Sanderson's books, although I mostly did them in audio.

Well, the nominations are up here, what are you waiting for? Malice and Promise of Blood have had my attention for a while now.
update: just saw that Silvana has already nominated Promise of Blood.

Just read the "Free Sample" and I really enjoyed the writing style. Definitely adding Two Blades to my to-read list.

We have a new group read every other month.
In the in-between mo..."
To whom it may concern the thread for nominations is online. Click here to join the party!
Since we are a little late this month we'll have 1 week for nominations (22/08 to 29/08) and 1 week for the poll (29/08 to 05/09).
Hurry up, its time for nominations!

Silvana, we may be a bit late but lets get this going, shall we? If its ok for everyone we could do 1 week for nominations (22/08 to 29/08) and 1 week for the poll (29/08 to 05/09). Any thoughts?
I'll rename and relocate the thread and we can start nominating books for Sep./Oct. Group Read!
I'll start with: Gardens of the Moon
Remember you can add your own books or second other nominees

Yes....you have. What's up Brenno? How goes? Where ya been?"
Seems like the only thing I manage to do these days is work, work and work... But I've been trying to keep up with the threads, even though i haven't read anything in a while.
All in all I'm fine, thing are improving and I'll try to read at least a book each month until the end of the year starting with our current group read.
Polansky is great, can't wait!
P.S.: How have you guys and gals been doing?

Book 1: A Guerra dos Tronos
Book 2: A Fúria dos Reis
book 3: A Tormenta de Espadas
book 4: O Festim dos Corvos
book 5: A Dança dos Dragões
