Hello All,

I'm changing it up for the last 3 months of this year's book schedule. They will be member's choice. How it works is each member will have the option to choose one book of any genre to nominate for the month. Then the group will vote on those nominated books until one book is the winner!

Vanity Fair calls it one of the most anticipated books of the summer. Soon to be a major motion picture starring Scandal's Kerry Washington.

An addictive psychological thriller about a group of women whose lives become unexpectedly connected when one of their newborns goes missing.

They call themselves the May Mothers—a collection of new moms who gave birth in the same month. Twice a week, with strollers in tow, they get together in Prospect Park, seeking refuge from the isolation of new motherhood; sharing the fears, joys, and anxieties of their new child-centered lives.

When the group’s members agree to meet for drinks at a hip local bar, they have in mind a casual evening of fun, a brief break from their daily routine. FULLY AGREE! I've read the authors other work and have liked and have really liked so this is just crazy to me. Huge disappointment, I hate when I waste valuable reading time on books that literally make me mad when done. I'm still shaking my head.

I'm so sorry Sara. The books tend to be more Mystery/Thriller genre. When I first started this group it was just me and a few other friends and thats what we were into, the group has grown so I know we should offer more. That's why I'll be doing polls for Oct/Nov/Dec books so the group can decide! Also we have Buddy Reads where you can choose a book and ask others to read with you! Huge disapointment!! I really like this author and her other books. I'm not sure what happened, but their was zero connection and it all was a bit dramatic and silly.
